New students are admitted to the programs to commence in September or January. However, some exceptions may be made throughout the year, dependent on available space.
Please contact the school(s) you are interested in for a tour and observation. You will have the opportunity to see the school, meet the principal and teachers, and observe the children in their classrooms. We encourage you to ask questions about all academic levels in the school and learn about the opportunities available at all levels of the programs. At that visit, you will be provided with an application form, fee schedule, and other details related to submitting the application.
Once your application is received and reviewed by the school, your application will be added to our admissions waitlist in the order that it was received. Re-enrolment for current families is prioritized and occurs during the month of February. Offers of admission to new students will be made following March 1st.
Following an offer of admission, the following is required by the identified date in order to secure your child’s placement:
Non-refundable $1500 registration fee. (This is a one time fee and not required for re-enrollment).
Signed payment agreement and post dated cheques with amounts determined by selected payment plan.
All required contact information and additional documentation.
PLEASE NOTE: New children admitted to the Casa programs must be out of diapers.
The School does not enroll students also attending another school half day.
