Where have you lived in the world?

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela and have lived in Venezuela, Canada and Brazil.

What have you studied? How long have you been a teacher?

I've studied at York University, Faculdade de Musica do Esprito Santo Brazil, Henan University China, and Universidad Simon Bolivar, Venezuela. I have completed my BA, DTCM, Bed. Music Education, AMI (Montessori) assistant certificate, and Orff certification I.  I have taught for 10 years.

What languages do you speak?

I speak Spanish, Portuguese and English.

What is something you are really good at?

I am really good at working with children with special needs.

What do you like to do when you aren’t at school?

When I am not at school, I like composing and performing.  

What is something not everyone knows about you?

If you knew me really well, you would know that I am a family man as well as an emotional and empathetic person. As result, I have a strong sense of justice.

What are some of your most favourite things?

I have four children and a dog (Kevin), he is a coon hound. I am a multi- instrumentalist. My childhood memories are all of the Caribbean sea. My favourite book is La Vida es Sueno by Pedro Calderon de la Barca. I love soccer and my passion is teaching music.
