The Schools and their affiliates are committed to the protection of personal information of the Schools’ parents, students and employees, which is kept strictly confidential, and adopt the principles set out in Schedule 1 of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). The Schools collect, use or disclose only on consent, personal Information for the following purposes: with respect to parents, to communicate and to facilitate and enhance relationships with parents (and to ensure the Schools’ financial health); with respect to students, to ensure that they are safe and to impart a Montessori education; and with respect to employees, to facilitate and enhance harmonious relations and retain highly qualified staff.
