WHERE HAVE YOU LIVED IN THE WORLD?

I was born in Toronto, Ontario and have lived in Toronto.

WHAT HAVE YOU STUDIED? HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A TEACHER?

I studied at University of Toronto and completed my Bachelor of Arts with a major in political science and a specialty in English literature. I received my diplomas in Early Childhood and Elementary I and II from Toronto Montessori Institute. I have taught since 2000.

WHAT LANGUAGES DO YOU SPEAK?

I speak English and Portuguese.

WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU ARE REALLY GOOD AT?

I am really good at being creative.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO WHEN YOU AREN’T AT SCHOOL?

When I am not at school, I like baking, playing with my boys and reading.

WHAT IS SOMETHING NOT EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT YOU?

If you knew me really well, you would know that as a little girl I grew up a few streets from Mildenhall.

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR MOST FAVOURITE THINGS?

San Remo has been a fave since I was little. I had a lot of goldfish as pets. I played the flute. My love of Montessori began when I visited my sister where she was teaching (a long time ago) and my oldest nephew was in casa. I observed in his class and he was obsessed with maps and it was amazing to see such small children engaged and loving the materials.
