I was born in Guarda, Portugal and have lived in Guarda, Paris (France) and Toronto.

WHAT HAVE YOU STUDIED? HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A TEACHER?

I studied at the University of Toronto and The Toronto Montessori Institute and completed my Honours Bachelor of Arts and Casa/lower/upper Montessori Diplomas. I have taught since 2000.

WHAT LANGUAGES DO YOU SPEAK?

I speak English and Portuguese. 

WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU ARE REALLY GOOD AT?

I am really good at Hula hooping and shopping😊

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO WHEN YOU AREN’T AT SCHOOL?

When I am not at school, I’m interested in cinema and fashion.

WHAT IS SOMETHING NOT EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT YOU?

If you knew me really well, you would know that that I lived in Paris for a year as a toddler.

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR MOST FAVOURITE THINGS?

At one point I had 6 cats as a child!
